Vegetarian Chilli wraps
Super healthy winter food for kids and adults alike. Quickly cooked for a family meal or increase the quantities for a bonfire night or Halloween party where everyone grabs a wrap and makes their own.

Ingredients (serves 4)
1 white onion finely chopped
2 sweet red peppers roughly chopped
Splash of Olive oil
2 packets of sprouting bean salad
Pinch of ground cumin seed
Pinch of chilli powder
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
300ml passata
Bunch of fresh coriander, roughly chopped
Juice of one fresh lime
Salt and pepper to taste
1 packet (8) of deli wraps
1 pot of houmus

Method
1. Gently soften the onion and red pepper with a splash of olive oil for a couple of minutes in a wok or large frying pan.

2. Add the spices and then the beans and continue to cook for five more minutes over a medium heat.

3. Pour in the tomatoes and passatta and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes.

4. Finish by stirring through the juice of a fresh lime and the fresh coriander.

5. The deli wraps should be warmed in the microwave then spread with hummus for more flavour. Spoon on a serving of the chilli, wrap and eat.
